What can investors expect in 2014?
Russell Investments strategists say global equities should outperform cash and fixed income in 2014, as the group shares its economic forecasts and highlights opportunities and risks in Europe, US and Asia Pacific.
Starting on a positive, Russell Investments says there are signs of economic healing in Europe and Japan, along with an improved growth outlook for the US.
This should keep equity markets moving slightly higher, with some fits and starts over significant policy changes in Japan and a eurozone which continues to baulk from fiscal unification.
